怎么样确定体检和考察的人选?

答：体检人选从面试合格人选中按同一职位考试报名者总成绩从高分到低分，依据招考职位规定的考察比率确定，若最后一名成绩并列的，则依次以公共科目笔试成绩、行政职业能力测验、申论成绩从高分到低分的顺序确定。若上述各项成绩都相同，则报经市公务员主管部门赞同后加试面试，并按加试成绩的高低依次确定体检人选，若其中一名考试报名者为符合政府安排工作条件的退役士兵，则直接将它确定为体检人选。体检合格者列为考察人选。
